CONVENTIONS: Unfortunately Amanda has had to cancel for both of the Armageddon Cons (Melbourne and New Zealand) due to scheduling conflicts with Sanctuary. They’ve gotten Joe Flanigan to step in as her replacement.
MEDIA SECTION: Just a little note to say that I’ve fixed the embedding issue I was having and now all videos can be embedded on other websites.
I just wanted to point out that I’ve sorta successfully installed the new media section. it’s just like youtube and you can register and upload your own videos. The only bug I can’t seem to get worked out right now is the embedding. You can view videos on the site but not by embedding them elsewhere. Working on that but for now just link to the page with the video on it. I even added a section for music videos if you make those. I’m really proud of how it came out so everyone head on over and take a look.

I really shouldn’t be allowed to touch anything even remotely technological. But despite the fact that technology hates me, i managed to fix the gallery. The only difference you should be seeing is thumbnails that are all the same size. Some of them look like they’ve been chopped off but if you view the full size image, it’s all there. Next on my list of updates/improvements is the video archive. I’ll be changing to something similar to youtube. Should be easier to view the videos since you don’t have to download them. After that I’m not sure what to do so I’d like to ask all of you what you’d like to see here. What new features would you like to see when you visit ATO? It can be something as simple as random quotes whenever the page refreshes or something more unique like, well like something I can’t think of right now. So click the comment link and let us know. 
I’ve spent the morning updating the scripts we use and trying to add new features. Almost everything has gone smoothly so you shouldn’t notice any differences. The one thing that’s caused me a problem is a mod for the gallery. I’m hoping you guys don’t see anything wrong because it only seems to affect those with a user name who are logged in (meaning admins) but if you do see anything wrong, that’s why. I’m working on fixing it but until I do, we won’t be able to do any gallery updates.
